Unfortunately, the area around the Mayotte Vacances campsite was affected by a fire on 24 July. The campsite was unharmed, but did have to close temporarily due to the fires. The campsite will reopen on 5 August and will once again welcome all its guests from that date onwards.

Yes, you can choose an equivalent stay at another campsite within our network (depending on availability). If the new holiday is cheaper, we will refund the difference. If the new holiday is more expensive and the type of accommodation is equivalent, then we will cover the price difference.

Yes, if you decide to cancel your holiday completely as a result of this situation, Roan will refund the full amount you have already paid.
